leaving the hotel !!!

the room was dirty, i had to ask them to clean it, the second bed was impossible to get them to make up, cockroaches, spider in bed, tiles falling off floor, noise from builders 7-7, very poor ...no restaurant, they didnt tell us until we asked

Quiet and out of the fuss and muss of general hotel scene. Living on stilts and waking up to a great morning view, and walking towards sunset when I got back.

Poor mobile signal and no wifi.

facilities of the 80s, unhygenic room. but great staffs

staff was very friendly and accommodative

outdated facilty. everything was falling apart. maintenance was poorly done. there was a staircase infromt of our room from maintenance work (trip hazard), our cabinet doors were falling off, air conditioning lid literally fell onto us, flooring was infested by termites and the room was dirty. moulds everywhere.

underwhelming.

Breakfast buffet was located in the hotel next door and was brilliant! Saved the holiday...

A lot of the gym equipment was broken. When I first arrived, despite requesting a double bed, I was put in a room with two single beds. When I pulled back the cover of the bed, there were small insects in it. The phone didn't work so I had to call down to reception on my own mobile phone. The staff didn't seem to be able to answer questions.

The Langkawi Lagoon Beach Resort is an old and decaying property. Booking.com need to review it's rating, as the ratings (4star) on its site is inappropriate. This can seriously impact Booking.com reputation. No proper facilities and way too expensive given the condition of the property.

1) Location wise ok.

1) Location wise ok.. 10-15mins drive to Cenang and 20mins to cable car 2) Peaceful environment

Number of things I have to highlight here.. 1) Hotel charged more than what we have booked in Book.com. was told that service charge and some other are extra and have to pay.. 2) Dust on the side tables of bed, phone etc.. 3) house keeping is poor (They haven't changed bedsheet and covers. They just used same set for 4 days (changing same sheet from head side to leg side, reverse etc) 4) noticed stains in the bedsheet 5) cockroaches... yes you reading correct.... IWas unable to sleep after roach fly on me on night 6) There is no beach adjicent to this hotel.

I like how the room is clean and spacious.

I like how the room is clean and spacious. The view is beautiful from my room since i take the sea view room. Need to add on more games inside the game room.

Nothing that i don't like there. I love everything but i think they need to clean the swimming pool a bit since there is dead leaves inside.

Absolute Nightmare

Nothing.

Room is not clean and smelly Building is old and not maintained properly Wifi is horrific. Worst of all, when i reported this at reception, they smiled and said yes it's bad. Pool is filled with leaves and other debris. Bed is not soft.

Not worth the hype

The location and the view were good. The tour operator at the location was really good and helpful . Had an iron, microwave , a mini fridge and a hair dryer which was useful.

No breakfast. The staff at the reception were kinda rude. The pictures of the location online were of the villa but what we got was a room at the old building. The bed and the pillows were uncomfortable . Was pretty expensive for what we got

Will never go back to this hotel.

It is located near the airport, but other than that, there isn’t anything good about the hotel and it is too expensive for the quality.

The room had very strong wood smell, the pillows were very uncomfortable, the beach near by was not really a beach and the water was very dirty that it stained my white dress. The facilities weren’t very well maintained and the staffs very not friendly. Do not recommend this place because it is too expensive for the quality of stay given.

Cleanliness and staff members are very polite

No breakfast . Location is far away from city and near to airport . It looks deserted during night time while coming to resort . At least if they provide free airport pickup/drop facility it would be better for people having flights at night time or early morning.

Budget hotel

The linen was clean, the shower was hot, the aircon was awesome. Didn't use the pool, however other guests did and seemed to enjoy it. Used the hotel next door for buffet breakfast, staff were friendly.

Outdated and in need of upkeep/maintence. Some guests did not abide by the no smoking signs, staff did not address this.

Property needs renovation and maintenance. helpful and polite staff are plus point

Property has two restaurants one Arabic style ( for buffet breakfast ) and one Western style (breakfast and dinner Al-cart) . property is located very close to airport. its widely spread, wide Good swimming pool. polite and helpful staff make your stay very cheerful and happy. you have tour agents in house who will help you to plan your local sight seeings and adventures activities. make Sure you ask to see the room before making payment.

Not sure this property to be called as beach resort, This property does not have beach which is suitable to swim or play in water. Its just a lagoon with muddy/Dirty water not maintained well. No lights in beach so u can walk after sunset. property seems to be old. Bed and couches are not replaced from ages. Restaurants in property has no Indian (vegetarian) dishes for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast and dinner is little expensive.
